This is a new gorgeous 2022 build 1 bedroom suite with separate entrance from left of the house. Guests will have a private parking space and access to high speed internet during their visit. Being located 3 mins away from Trans Canada Highway in Bear mountain. It serves as a central location, allowing easy travel to Downtown Victoria, up island, South island beaches and Airport/BC ferries. YMCA, Bear mountain Gold resort, Costco, Langford Lakes, Thetis lake regional park & Goldstream Provincial Park are all within 10 mins drive and it takes 20 mins to downtown Victoria through Highway 1. The place is also close to all amenities including grocery stores, Langford malls, restaurants, theaters & banks.

The space

This brand new suite has a self check-in and check-out lock for your connivence.

Living Area:
It has a spacious living room with queen sofa bed including full size comfortable mattress with metal structure and qualified cover for your other accompanies and kids. It also has smart TV with internet connection.

Kitchen/Dinning Area
Full kitchen comes equipped with appliances: dish washer with dishwashing pods, 4 burner stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer as well as cooking utensils with cleaning liquids. You can also find complimentary coffee and tea. Compact Dinning table with two chairs with dinning dishes.

Bedroom Area:
The bedroom has a queen size mattress with comfy linen, pillows, Towels and blankets. Two bedside tables with night stands for your convince. Clothing shelve with few hangers and storage space.

Bathroom and Laundry:
The suite offers a 3 piece bathroom which includes a sink, bathtub/shower, and toilet along with in-suite laundry with laundry pods. Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, toilet papers are provided.


Other things to note
No smoking / vaping / drugs.
No pets in/out of the space.
Shoes to be taken out before entering the suite.
Please park on the left side of the house private parking space. Do not block the garage. Public cul-de-sac parking space is also available right infront of the house.
