Myself & 2 adult siblings stayed a week for Spring Training baseball. We really enjoyed the condo, great location and amenities. The condo was well equipped, which allowed cooking in easy, i.e., appliances and utensils were plentiful. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, one was not en suite, but overall we were very pleased. The biggest complaint we had was the key situation. We were given 2 sets of keys, however, there were 3 couples so it made juggling keys cumbersome. In addition, since the key sets also had a FOB attached which allowed access to the entry gates and pool, sharing 2 FOBs among 3 adult couples is unacceptable. Suggest more key sets be made available to customers, and/or digital locks with codes be installed so keys would not be required. Traffic in & out of location was horrendous, we were told Jan - Apr that is standard since most are headed to Ana Maria Island. Expect 30-60 minute commute from Bradenton to One Particular Harbour between 9-1 each day. Otherwise no complaints at all.
