The Space:
This second level condo is accessible by elevator with parking just below. Upon entering you will find a bathroom, fully stocked kitchen ready for prepping meals of your choice. Bar top seating allows you to enjoy some company and a drink while you prepare a meal. For an added bonus look beyond them to see the ocean views outside. A dining table is ready to enjoy your meals. Relax, play games or enjoy the large screen tv in your living area. Step outside onto the private balcony to watch the sunset. (Note: this is a great space to allow fellow guests to enjoy the pool while you prep a meal-simply step outside to call them up when all is ready). Upstairs you will find a stackable washer and dryer in the hall and a full bathroom with ample counter space and step in shower/tub. Two bedrooms with closets and furnishings to store your belongings-one offers a second private balcony with all the same amazing views from the third story. **Please note, the fireplace in this unit is undergoing maintenance and not currently operational**
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of pools (3) and jacuzzis (3); access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace and outdoor firepits located next to the main pool and South Bluff pool (all are available at first-come-first-serve basis). Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores package and bike rentals are not available to private renters.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, 3 pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo and body wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.
