Awesome location and very clean and spacious! Check in process was a little confusing as you pick up the key from the cafe around the corner and the apartment number wasn’t listed anywhere. Otherwise great stay! Would recommend.

Excellent!

Location was perfect and instructions were simple to follow. We enjoyed having separate sleeping spaces and the use of the pool area. Thank you!! Only suggestion would be to consider a scent free detergent for sheets and towels.

Great location for arena activities!

This was a lovely 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Awesome response time with communication. Very clean! The building felt very secure. Included parking is awesome! Nearby restaurants, grocery store and liquor for easy access. Would stay here again!

Property manager / host was great to deal with. I was a little confused by the key pick up as I'd never dealt with this type of box before. Once I figured it out, it was fine. When using the elevator, it's the BLACK fob, not the flat white / green fob. Would have been super amazing if there was a welcome book stating the amenities of the property, and instructions for garbage. Otherwise, location was perfect, and condo was clean & quiet at night.

Great stay - centrally located, comfy and clean!

We have just checked out after 5 days in Vancouver and the Crosstown was great! Check in and check our process was clean - description from. The hosts on everything from keys, to parking was perfect. Communication with the hosts prior to our stay was also great...quick to respond, and super helpful with any questions. The unit itself was clean and super comfortably - great bed, great linens. We also enjoyed the extra ammenities such as the gym, pool, and hot tub - all of which were clean and well maintained. The building is centrally located on the edge of Gas Town so it was a quick 10 min walk from loads of restaurants and bars, and 15 mins from downtown and the main harbour area. We attended a concert at Rogers Place and we could have walked home blindfolded it was so close and easy. The only caveat here is to stay WEST of Abbot Street as any further east and you start to get into some pretty sketch areas. We would go back and stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you, hosts!! Overall, this was a fine stay. The description was accurate, the unit clean, the parking very convenient. It isn’t default of the owner, but Vancouver has become pretty infested with drug addicts and/or homeless, and they were surrounding the neighborhood. But they all pretty much keeping to themselves, so not too big of a deal.

Seeing Vancouver

Place was adequate not overwhelming. Kitchen was basic. Building was very secure. Pools nice feature. Workout room looked fine too, did not use it. Grocery stores close and closer so easy to walk there too. So as a place to stay to hit the main tourist areas in Vancouver it worked out very well for us and would do it again. Location to Steamtown, easy to walk. Yes sadly there are homeless and drug elements visible. However, we never felt at risk. We walked to places, did ubers, which were also very easy.

Beautiful apartment, great location

The apartment was exactly as described, really nice with all the amenities. The check in process was the only difficult part, but well worth it once we were in. Great location, but there are homeless (unhoused) people all over the area.

Nice Stay

Close to the ferries. Surprised there weren’t any wineglasses. The bathroom fan needs to be fixed or adjusted and cleaned. Sofa is uncomfortable, can feel the bars underneath when seated. Overall all a very nice condo.

The Urban Oasis is centrally located with restaurants and venues within easy walking distance. Very cute apartment with gorgeous window views. Tastefully decorated and clean. Communication was very straightforward and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay here again

Thoughts on our stay

I was in Vancouver for a conference at the convention center and wanted a place comfortable for my wife to relax while I was busy with my activities. She is VERY PICKY so she has more to say than I do and will be reflected in this review. First, it is a 20-25 minute walk to the convention center. It is an easy walk and I enjoyed the walk back and forth every day. The fridge, microwave and refrigerator were not as clean as they could have been. We arrived on a hot day and there was a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom. The hose from the unit was sticking out the window. Not really a problem but worth noting for this review. We only had it on one day in our mid June stay. It wasn’t needed the rest of the days, but definitely needed our first day. We had only two rolls of toilet paper. It was not a problem for us but we were a little concerned at the start of our stay. The process of getting our key and then getting into the room was cumbersome. We talked to other folks in the elevator as they were coming in and they were struggling with it all as well. Here are some of the challenges—getting the key out of the lock box across the street was a challenge because we were sent the email that explained how to do it months before we got there. And that email is very lacking on details of what the email actually pertains to. I had no idea what it was telling me when I got it and was completely out of my mind when trying to check in. I’m out of space so I’ll end.

Great Spot in the City!

Great stay for one night in the city. Good location, close to restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with basic necessities provided (coffee, toiletries). We loved the city view. The check-in process was a little complicated but the provided instructions were clear. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Vancouver!

Very convenient

We were visiting our daughter and this was very close to her. The landlord was very responsive and helpful with a late check in. Convenient to transportation, food, and walking. Bedding was very comfortable.
