Pod Life - Pod style bach with beautiful views in prime location, close to estuary and Wood St shops

Pod Life is a brand new(2022), cute, compact and sunny two pod bach with beautiful views over the Mangawhai Estuary and across to the dunes. It is in a fantastic location, with one of the best estuary beaches at your doorstep and access stairs only a few metres from the property's edge. There is a pontoon for the kids to swim out to and the channel stays relatively full when the tide drops and large areas of the estuary empty out.
Park the car up as there is so much to offer within walking distance, Wood St shops/eateries (3 minutes), golf course (10 minutes) and Mangawhai Activity Zone (12-15 minutes).
It may be compact but Pod Life has so much packed in, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full laundry facilities. The owners have also provided 2 kayaks (1 single, 1 double), a paddle board, 3 boogie boards and lifejackets so you can make the most of the water.
After a day at the estuary, surf beach or exploring everything Mangawhai has to offer, relax on the deck with a cool drink in hand and watch as the tide ebbs and flows and the lighting changes on the dunes.
Pod life is great for a family or 2, with everything close at hand this is a great base for your next magical Mangawhai beach escape.
Notes:
1. There is no TV but with Wifi you can bring your own devices for streaming.
2. The bunk room is very compact so more suited to children.
3. The two pods are not directly connected to each other but are connected by a deck.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
