This stunning, newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a private pool and spa is beautifully situated on the 1st hole in the gated Indian Palms Country Club very close to the world-famous Coachella Music Festivals.
Features stylishly remodeled kitchen, new paint throughout, new baseboards, and tiled floors throughout. Enjoy luxurious indoor/outdoor desert living with outdoors featuring a sparkling pool and spa, and spacious covered patio perfect for entertaining with a BBQ pit and dining table. You'll love the open concept kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, quartz counters, elegant glass tile backsplash, island with bar seating, and stainless-steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large great room and dining area with fireplace and a large flat screen television. The primary suite has a king bed, flat screen television, and features private access to the rear yard with fantastic golf course views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen television as well. This home has it all, location, convenience, style, views, great backyard. You will love it for your desert dream vacation!

*Pool heating is $50 per day. Please give us advance notice if you would like the pool heated for your stay.*

*** This home has a 5 night minimum stay policy, except during the Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach. Please inquire for monthly discounts! The little details like the beautiful rose folded paper products and bathroom towels was a nice touch. Fresh fruit in abundance on the property. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. Having everything we needed at the house made for a very enjoyable vacation retreat!

Updated nicely,a clean and welcoming home.Royale vacations were easy to deal with.Bonus backing onto a decent golf course,played it a couple of times-good rates.Many high end courses nearby.Costco and lots of shopping within 12 minutes.We will return.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good except the pool was dirty when we arrived and when they said they had come back to clean it, it still wasn’t clean, they had to come back a third time by then I had only a couple days left in my stay as we had to wait for them to come on there cleaning days, but if it’s dirry and customer complains I think they should send people right away to clean it. The house was great but it was dusty. Ie: tables, counters. I don’t think the cleaning staff were in there just before we arrived. I recommended property management does a run through couple days before people come to stay to make sure things are done.
