This is a suite above a garage. You may hear the garage door open from time to time.
Street parking is available for guests with vehicles.
Pets are not permitted.
No smoking is permitted in the suite, including vape.
The exterior of our property is monitored for the safety and security of our family and approved guests/visitors. Only those guests registered in your booking or approved visitors are permitted to be on the property or in the suite.
Guests or visitors on or in any part of the property that are not registered in your booking or have not been approved by the property owner will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and eviction with no refund.
The garage suite is not a suitable space for guests who intend to engage in any type of activity involving the sale or exchange of goods or services.
