VILLA ESTABON - a beautiful spacious villa on the sun-drenched island of Curacao. Comfortably sleeping up to 12 people, Villa Estabon consists of a main house with an adjoining guesthouse. With multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens there is space for everyone. The large, expansive indoor/outdoor space creates room for everyone to find their personal retreat and refuge.

POOL AREA - Swim in the large pool, or sunbathe on one of the new comfortable loungers. The colored shower pole matches the outside toilet to make it entirely cheery! The beautiful wooden pool deck surrounding the large pool (4.5 x 9m) are the pride of this holiday villa.
LIVING SPACE - In the main house, guests will find a large kitchen, living room and spacious veranda that includes a BBQ. By opening the 3 large sliding doors from the living room and kitchen your indoor/outdoor space becomes one large living space. Enjoy dinner at the large dining table that expands comfortably to fit up to 12 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped including: modern fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans, plates, cutlery and glassware. While the living room has comfortable seating and a TV with cable connection available. The television is on a wheeled platform so you can enjoy it either inside or outside.

MAIN HOUSE - The main house consists of 4 bedrooms, all bedrooms have air-conditioning. The primary Bedroom, with ensuite, and walk-in closet, has sliding doors to the veranda and to the pool! Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a shared bathroom, and Bedroom 4 has a separate bathroom as well.

GUESTHOUSE - The guest house can be opened for larger groups and families. The guesthouse is an excellent solution to add space, still be together while providing a little extra privacy. It offers another bedroom as well as a spacious loft with two beds, and air conditioning. Large doors in the kitchen also slide open to the outdoor patio creating another easily accessible indoor/outdoor kitchen, eating area, and bathroom.

PARKING - Villa Estabon is situated on the top of a hill at the end of the road. This safe and quiet villa is enclosed by a beautiful tropical oasis that is filled with flowers and birds. Parking isn’t an issue! We have space for several cars behind the electric sliding gate with additional parking for guests.

LOCATED - in the Bottelier district, Villa Estabon is located in one of the most centrally located residential areas on the island. You'll find a large supermarket around the corner and the famous beaches of Lion's Dive and Mambo can be reached within 5 minutes. Worth noting, we are conveniently located just 10 short minutes from the historic center of Williamstead and the Curacao Dolphin Therapy and Research Center.

ACCESSIBILITY AND FAMILIES - Villa Estabon is very mindful of family and accessibility needs. Not only providing a stroller/wheelchair accessible ramp, there is an accessible shower as well.

DIVERS PARADISE - For our Divers we also provide ample space to store your equipment and even a rinse tub for your diving equipment.

Final cleaning for the Main House ONLY is €125 is added to your quote
Final cleaning for the Main House and Guesthouse is €155 is added to your quote
Additional Cleaning: Main House ONLY is €75. Main and Guest House is €100.

Electricity is very expensive in Curacao so we continuously upgrade to energy-saving LED lighting in an effort to help reduce costs.
Electricity Included covers typical use for electric appliances used during the day, and air conditioning at night. We still suggest using electricity and water sparingly.
We take a meter reading at your Arrival and again at Departure. Any additional consumption of electricity will be settled at € 0.55 per kWh from your Deposit.
A €400 Deposit is Required.

Reservation's are for a minimum of 3 nights with the exception of the Christmas period, which has a minimum of 10 nights.

Car Rental Assistance: Most trips on the island are within 30-45 minutes, so renting a vehicle is recommended! For more information on renting a car, Villa Estabon can refer you to our preferred vendors.

Grocery Service Assistance: Imagine arriving at the Villa hot and thirsty, and find cold drinks waiting for you in the fridge. As you grab a refreshing drink, you notice the fridge is already stocked for your first meal. Our House Manager would love to help get your holiday off to the right start with a few basic essentials!

Early Check-in or Late Check-out Available for a Fee: Check-in Time is 1600 hours and Check-out Time is 1000 hours.
