We call it “The Great Outdoors! LaGrange has a lot to offer in terms of outdoor amenities: the spacious front porch is ideal for lounging outdoors at any time of day while admiring the lovely view of nature around you! Or perhaps unwind on the back porch while grilling some fish you caught while boating on West Point Lake, which is only 5 miles away. If not, maybe you’d be interested in traveling to the nearby Great Wolf Lodge Water Park or Callaway Gardens. . Whatever it is that you enjoy! After a long day, you can relax in this inviting place with your family or friends. Cottage is right after the GA Industrial/Business area, and less than 3 miles from downtown Lagrange, Pets are allowed with an $85 fee for the first pet and a $25 fee for the second pet, however, must be approved by management. The max limit is 5 people in this property.

Attended baseball games at LaGrange College

House is at the end of an older neighborhood but has been completely renovated! Less than 2 miles from Panther Way and all of the athletic fields so highly recommend if you’re coming to support student athletes at LaGrange College! Hosts have thought of everything. Small space but doesn’t feel that way and space is efficient- plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Would definitely stay again!

Fishing weekend

The house was clean, comfortable, and very nice inside. Parking was a little tricky with a boat. Had to back into a very steep driveway. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. Several people walking the streets at night and not the nicest area. Communication with the hosts and the accommodations were top notch.

Lora Clemens and Kellie Simpson own and manage iTrip Vacations Atlanta. They provide owners and guests a positive, memorable experience through personalized short-term property management services in the greater metro Atlanta market.
Lora was a regional vice president of a retail company for 35 years. She was born and raised in Ohio, and her career took her to Indiana, Illinois and California. For over 20 years, she has made Atlanta her home.

Kellie has a background in Human Resources and has over 20+ years of experience sitting on HOA’s as President and various other positions. She also has property management experience managing her personal rental properties for 15+ years. Kellie also served on Non-Profit Boards and was a CASA for several years (Court Appointed Special Advocate). Kellie is originally from Wyoming and she landed in California in the early 90’s where she met her husband John and started her family. In 2007, her husband’s job brought them to Atlanta, and she never looked back. Her son Garrett is currently attending Kennesaw State majoring in Business.

Lora and Kellie meet in 2015. After Lora left her corporate retail position, they decided to start a business together. They developed a real estate investment company in which they bought forgotten houses and rehabbed them into beautiful family homes. Through their experience as investors, they became aware of the void in management companies that understood the needs of both owners and guests in short-term rentals. While managing their own properties, they developed a passion for creating memories for every guest. Lora and Kellie are excited to bring this experience and success to the urban vacation rental market in Atlanta.

The greater Atlanta area has so much to offer. Many people visit the city for music, sports, dining, culture and nightlife; however, they also want to support others in having a sublime experience while staying in 'Hotlanta'.
