My family of 8 adults recently stayed at this property for 4 nights. The positives: the home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and is conveniently located. Clean interior, and comfortable beds. Great backyard pool and a decent entertaining space. The primary bedroom and attached bath are very spacious and there is a wonderful closet.
The negatives: The owners seemed to watch us constantly on their 5 outdoor cameras and texted us immediately when it started raining to tell us we brought a cushion from indoors outside(complete with screenshots. We had not brought indoor cushions outside) but I had to run outside in the pouring rain to check. We understand they are looking out for their property, but their constant watching of us felt very intrusive. The home itself was very clean, but has white carpeting and white family room furniture, which is not conducive to gathering together to eat and visit. They also want shoes removed in the house. The home is very cluttered with unnecessary and fragile decor. We had to clear the fully set table of all its china and stemware just to be able to sit down and eat. The kitchen has everything you could need, but no counter space to prepare food, and the coffee machine is quite complicated. The downstairs has no air conditioning, and it was very hot in the basement making sleeping quite uncomfortable. The king bed in the basement is not private-it is surrounded by curtains. The hot water turned off several times leaving us with cold showers
