This immaculately presented two story 3 bedroom duplex has been renovated to capture the position year round. This street is the furthest North of Kawana and encapsulates our style of living, whether it be surfing, sailing, boating or kayaking, this is the access point to the Ocean. The upper level consists of three bedrooms with the master sporting its own ensuite complete with a walk in robe. The second and third bedrooms are both a generous size with the second bedroom offering its own private balcony. . 2 min to the Kawana Shopping Mall . There is a brand new pontoon installed. Fantastic indoor outdoor living zone LINEN NOT INCLUDED.

Wet surprising location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Area is beautiful. Property insane but it’s well maintained and was a very nice place to have a family holiday. We didn’t know what to expect and we were very surprised how well prepared the place was. Did find there was a lot of hidden charges a live original price but I guess that’s every where

Buddina get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect accommodation for a family that love the water and who travel with their pet. The property is comfortable with all amenities, and is in close proximity to shops, beach, and my favourite, Point Cartwright.

Fantastic Sunshine Coast getaway...

This place certainly delivers! It's an older property but clearly well looked after and maintained, a lot nicer than many newer places I've stayed. We had a great visit (8 nights) and would really recommend this place! Comfortable beds, couches, fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, new washing machine and dryer.

Buddina Vacation house

The duplex is more than we expected. Everything is very clean and organised. The position is excellent, only a short walk to the beautiful Mooloolah riverbank and La Balsa park. After checking in, we took a walk to Point Cartwright lighthouse and and down to the beach and have a wonderful time. Would love to kayak around the area.

Wonderful Buddina accommodation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 'Fantastic Buddina Duplex' for four nights and loved the waterside lifestyle. Sitting out on the deck at night was very relaxing. Overall the property was perfect for our needs and had everything we required. We did have some issues with the garage roller door which could do with a service. We ended up leaving our car on the driveway rather than struggle with the door. Also we were unable to latch one of the upstairs windows and the glass door onto the back deck. The screens latched ok so still secure but would have felt better if the actual door/window could be latched. Manager went over and above to help with my query regarding linen and everything was as described for gaining entry to the accommodation. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
