Enter the first floor hall which leads to the main living space with living room, kitchen and dining area. The open and bright living room with vaulted ceiling and slider to the deck, has a sofa and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Just off the living room is the dining area and a nicely equipped kitchen. A slider from the dining area leads to a screened-in porch on the deck. There is no A/C in the main living/dining area. In addition to the main living area, there is a bedroom with a full bed and a window air conditioner and a bathroom with a shower.

The home's other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and other other bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Both of the second floor bedrooms have window air conditioners. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower.

Grill up dinner on the gas grill on the deck. Both the deck and the screened-in porch are wonderful spaces for relaxing and unwinding. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. The naturally landscaped yard has mature plantings and lovely flowers.

Comforts include window air conditioner units in the bedrooms, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer, screen porch, deck, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

Short drive or bike ride into Wellfleet Center for restaurants, shops and galleries. Only 1.2 mi to the Wellfleet Public Library, 1.5 mi to town hall, just over 2 mi to the town pier or Mayo Beach on Wellfleet Harbor. Short ride to Wellfleet's beloved fresh water ponds and ocean beaches, live entertainment at WHAT, biking and walking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
