One of the best parts of vacation is the quality time spent together, and this home’s open concept design allows for just that. Ahead of meeting your favorite characters at Disney Parks, enjoy a family movie night in the living room where a large sectional couch faces the smart tv. The kitchen is steps away with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you’ll need to make delicious meals from home. Additional small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, and margarita machine because you’re staying in Margaritaville after all! Share meals together at the dining table for 6, followed by some gaming time on the arcade-style console with games like Aladdin, Lion King, Space Invaders and more!

This home sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds, a smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
Parking space is first come first serve for up to 4 vehicles. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.

-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

This is a privately owned home and by renting this unit guests do not automatically have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Every member of the family will have a perfect vacation with additional amenities like a playground for kids.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
