- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
- Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount. If you wish to include any of these services, kindly let us know so we can arrange them and add the charges accordingly.
- The Resort Access for restaurant and concierge is included, but the amenities like Pool & Recreational area, Gym Fitness Center, and etc. are controlled by card and requires guests to pay a daily fee of US 100.00 per unit, which gives all guests access for the day, pay at resort as needed.
