A spacious 4 bedroom house located in the desirable North Glenora neighbourhood of Edmonton. The main level includes a living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a family room. The master bedroom features a king bed, an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The fully finished basement includes a recreational room, a laundry room and a full bathroom. The backyard is fully fenced. Your perfect home away from home!

Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the desirable North Glenora neighbourhood of Edmonton! This spacious home features a comfortable and modern interior, with plenty of room for your group or family to relax and spread out. Our home is pet-friendly as well!

The main level of the house boasts a large open-concept living and dining area, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up delicious meals, and features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The main level also includes the master bedroom with a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and a full bathroom.

Working from home? The home is equipped with a dedicated working space.
Downstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious recreational space. All of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished and feature plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a spacious king bed and the other 3 bedrooms have queen beds. There is a complete laundry room available.

Outside, you'll enjoy a large fenced yard, perfect for kids and pets to play safely. There is plenty of street parking.

Our home is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, and is just minutes away from all the attractions and amenities that Edmonton has to offer. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a business trip, or a special event, our house is the perfect home base for your stay in Edmonton. Some of the nearby attractions include West Edmonton Mall, which is one of the largest malls in North America, University of Alberta, Elk Island National Park, which is great for nature lovers, and the Alberta Aviation Museum which is perfect for history buffs. Within walking distance is the famous Edmonton River Valley that offers miles of trails for hiking and biking, as well as stunning views of the city. The city centre is also a short drive away, where you can find the renowned Royal Alberta Museum, Rogers Arena and the iconic Alberta Legislative Building.

This house was fine. It's in a nice central location close to grocery stores. It's been renovated but is starting to show it's age and the furniture it starting to get a bit beat up. It's a nice, comfortable place to stay, nothing too fancy. The kitchen is stocked with minimal items but its manageable.

Perfect home for three adults and two teens
Quiet, clean and very comfortable. Everyone had their space. We would definitely stay here again. Improvements: More towels and a kettle is needed for tea. Thank you to the owners for making our weekend a great experience.

The house has been modernized nicely and in a great central location. Essentially 4 bedrooms with three washrooms and nice recreation room downstairs and great kitchen, dining and living areas. About 10 maximum for comfortable stay. The backyard is not landscaped and the weeds were over a foot high, harbouring mosquitoes. Not really very usable at all. Front yard was not mowed either. Notified owners and after five days, after check out yards were mowed. House was very functional and near parks and amenities but the gardener needs to be let go!
