Das Downtown Provo Cottage liegt nur einen halben Häuserblock von der historischen Innenstadt von Provo entfernt. Es ist ein charmantes Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 kompletten Badezimmern und 2 1/2 Badezimmern.

Die Downtown Provo Cottage bietet viel zu tun, meist zu Fuß erreichbar:

* In mehreren Blöcken von fast 50 Restaurants, Delis und Bäckereien
* 2 Blocks von der Innenstadt von Provo Street Geschäfte / Restaurants
* 3 Blocks vom neu errichteten Provo City Centre Temple entfernt

Wenn wir hier Vollzeit leben könnten, würden wir !! Es gibt Platz für alle ihre eigene Sache zu tun. Genießen Sie einen Film in HD, ein Nickerchen machen, kochen ein Abendessen für eine Menge, genießen Sie die ruhige und doch optimistisch Nachbarschaft wie es in der Nähe der BYU und der Innenstadt Provo ist.
Da dies ein Ende der Stadt zu Hause Einheit ist, gibt es so viel natürliches Licht, könnte man nicht nach draußen gehen wollen! :)

Everything was perfect!! Host was always available for questions. Everything was clean and well stocked. Great location for a family or friends. Only note - only television was in familycroom in basement.

PERFECT Location and very clean!

What a great property! Just a block away from Center Street and the downtown. Our daughter had a dance convention at the Utah Convention Center and it was PERFECT. Really close to BYU campus as well and not far from the mall and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very communicative and thoughtful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our favorite place!

I’m hesitant to leave a review because I want this townhouse to be available every time I come to Provo. This was our second time staying here. It is so nice and has everything we need! We are so comfortable here! It’s the perfect place for our family to stay.

Lovely little townhome in a great location.

Clean, cute and comfortable town home. It was a great walkable location, it had everything we needed to eat at home. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Provo Cottage

Amazing property and location! We were in town for OSU-BYU football game and everything was within walking distance or you could catch the bus for free. Great restaurants within a block or two walking. Host was great and would highly recommend if you’re in Provo for a game.

Perfect location and host

We love the location and its so easy to walk to downtown provo. Host was very responsive. Recommend the women owned cafe at the end of the block for breakfast at Locals Brunch House.

Downtown Cottage Visit

This was a nice home right in the heart of downtown Provo. The location is fantastic, the home itself was clean and had a great layout, the garage for parking the car was a plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place for the family

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had enough room for our family of 6 to spread out and have some space. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see. My family enjoyed doing the puzzles together that the property owner had in their game collection. We would definitely stay here again!

Delightful stay

My family had a great time spending our weekend here. We were walking distance from many stores, restaurants, the library, and we enjoyed taking walks around the friendly neighborhood. Everything we needed was supplied including a pack n play. The basement was spacious and the perfect place to relax at night.

My husband and I have lived in small town Utah for 22 years but recently moved to Midway. Both having grown up in the city, Provo is chance to visit the city life. We are big BYU fans and wanted to make some memories with our 6 kids while attending events in Provo. We use the town home too (once in awhile), so please treat it as your own! :)

My husband and I bought this home to share with family and friends to visit BYU, city life and something unique. It really is in a perfect location to visit sites in Provo (downtown, BYU, the mountains, temple etc). We love the fact that SO much is accessible by walking or renting an ebike or scooter. Adults and kids can feel safe in this neighborhood. If you love trying different and funky restaurants this is your place.

Having visited multiple vacation rental homes, this home is unique in that it isn't in a typical apartment style living. The neighborhood is charming and safe. We pride ourselves on having a very clean townhome to offer you. With the restaurants, culture, recreation center, temple, and SO much outdoor activities, it is a great central location for so many options. We hope you enjoy your stay!! :)
