Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals. This two story waterfront condo is the largest unit in the resort! The Marina is a AAA Four Diamond Resort on the beautiful intracoastal waterway. Enjoy beautiful waterfront views and watch the boats go by from 3 balconies! You will feel right at home in this one of a kind, two story 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo with large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, spacious living room and 3 private balconies giving plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. All 3 bedrooms are master suites with private bathrooms, one on the main floor and the other two on the 2nd floor.

Located in the esteemed Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach, the resort offers a prime central location with easy access to all local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property features a vast array of amenities, including a large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, an indoor pool, and a fitness center equipped with a sauna. Guests also have access to a private section of the beach (5 minute drive) with a beach bar offering a variety of food and drinks. The Oceanfront Beach Access does not include access to the adjacent "Ocean Club", which is a private membership club also located on the Grande Dunes.

51st Birthday Celebration

The condo was so beautiful!! It was just as pictured. It was immaculate, fully furnished and absolutely gorgeous. The staff, especially Joseph, Matthew and Jason, provided excellent service. Very pleasant experience!

70th birthday celebration

5days, 4 nights of just girls fun to celebrate a 70th birthday. Good food, wine and great companions made this milestone birthday great. Although the Marina Inn staff wasn't obligated to assist us, they were very courteous and extended their services to us, since we were known by most of the valets from previously patronizing this resort. Marina Inn at Grande Dunes are great rooms, but this was exceptional. I have no complaints about the property, management or the resort at all. Looking forward to returning next year.

Amazing Place. The master suite is HUGE! All bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very large as well. Very very happy with our stay. Hotel Staff was great and the pool and beach is very convenient. Highly recommend this place we will be back soon!

Best Myrtle Beach Stay Yet

The property is absolutely amazing. The actual condo is larger than you would ever imagine. All bedrooms have a private balcony and their own bathroom. Decor is welcoming and pleasant. The check in process was simple and took no time at all. Everyone I communicated with was nice and very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice stay at a quiet place with plenty of room. Location is also perfect the property is not too far from any of the local attractions.

Christmas Vacation

The condo was everything it said it was on line. It was a great amount of space for our family, especially with two teenage boys for 7 days. You could definitely have more than 4 people. The property was well maintained and I appreciated I could get Starbucks on site on the days I wanted coffee. The place had everything we needed and I did appreciate the large open space in the living room. We were able to play games, hang out and watch tv comfortably.

Very pleased overall!

The property is terrific and very well maintained. The unit that we stayed in was pristine overall. Our only suggestion is for an improvement in the facility's public eating spaces. With the exception of the outside Tiki Bar and the Anchor Café, acceptable dining was quite limited for an establishment such as The Grand Dunes -- especially for dinner.

Overall very nice

It was a long walk from reception. Not all bathrooms had soap, no replacement toilet paper, one small roll of paper towels and the fireplace in living room didn’t work, I didn’t try the second fireplace. Other than that it was super!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd stay at the Marina. I was surprised when I received the message at 1pm that our unit was ready. We didn’t arrive until the evening. Once we arrived at the unit the valet was rinsing out the kitchen sink. To my surprise the both sinks were full of black water, the dishwasher was full of water. On the second level the hallway ceiling had a large brown stain. The master downstairs ceiling was leaking water above the bathroom and the hardwood floor was wet and bulging. Thanks to Marinas maintenance team they were willing and able to fix the sink/dishwasher upstairs. Luxury sent out a rep who took pictures and left. No one from luxury followed up. How could you have professionally cleaned this unit and prepared. There is no way the cleaning crew did not see the kitchen/water leaking and damage downstairs. For this to have been the largest unit, it is not well maintained and kept.

2nd year at Marina Inn

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were lucky enough to spend 4 weeks at the Marina Inn. This unit was clean, newer updated furniture and very large with two levels. Its a good walk from parking so I would suggest to take advantage of valet, shout out to ****, Bruce and Anthony, they are always more than happy to help. Also a must is to stop by Reflections Lounge and say hi to Julie, she is a wealth of information and one of the nicest people! We felt like we were leaving a family member behind when we last saw her.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Centrally located between north and south Myrtle Beach. Marina Inn is a very nice property located on the inner coastal waterway. Late October, early November, the resort was pretty quiet. We brought our e-bikes which we used almost daily to tour the areas paths and adjacent neighbourhoods. Most major malls, outlet malls etc are within minutes of Marina Inn. We dealt with Valet/doorman ‘Sam’ on a number of accessions. He made our stay more enjoyable and even secured a wheelchair for my elderly father to use. The Opry theatre and Pirate theatre and right across the street within walking distance. We stayed in unit 4-306. It is a two storey unit. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. It can sleep 8 people comfortably. The kitchen was well supplied with whatever we needed for cooking. We cooked most of our meals. Grocery stores are nearby. The furniture in the unit was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Opening the balcony door and entry door allows a very nice breeze to flow through the unit. We took full advantage of the washer and dryer. I would stay there again. We were there for two weeks. My only complaint was that the unit could use a good once over for cleaning. Railing, floors need a thorough cleaning, and under the beds were dust bunnies.
