Discover the casual elegance of this charming island-style vacation home. Frangista Breeze features a private heated* swimming pool with spa. It is a short walk to the private beach entrance. You can walk to local restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is so close that you may find a vehicle unnecessary.
Frangista Breeze boasts several amenities for your family and friends. The first level features a foosball table and large doors open to the tropical outdoors for al fresco dining. Level three provides a view of the Gulf with an arcade machine and a balcony overlooking the surrounding area. If you crave more action, stroll a few blocks west to the world-famous Pompano Joe’s restaurant featuring a large beach entrance with bathrooms and a tiki bar. During the season, a daily setup of two beach chairs and an umbrella is provided at the private beach entrance.
Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest!
Home Layout:
Level 1 - Queen bedroom (sleeps 2) with a bathroom that opens to the room and hallway, kitchen, living area, outdoor dining, pool, parking pads, and laundry room.
Level 2 - King bedroom with twin bunk beds and a bathroom (sleeps 4), hallway bathroom, Primary King bedroom with twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), along with a bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool.
Level 3 - Loft gaming room with two sets of queen bunk beds (sleeps 8) and a balcony overlooking the surrounding area and the Gulf of Mexico.
The parking pad can accommodate a maximum of six standard vehicles. No boats, busses, trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles are permitted. No street parking is allowed.
*Weddings/Events – If held on the property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required*
*The pool heater can be turned on for an additional daily fee and must be requested at least three days before arrival. The pool can only be heated from October to May since water temperatures are very high during summer.
Daily Beach setup of 2 beach chairs with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31. We also provide four portable beach chairs at the house.

*Check Out – 10 AM (Central)Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.
Frangista Breeze is a non-smoking house, and smoking at the property is strictly prohibited.
Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs max. $300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.
Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for The Walton County Tourist Development Tax. Walton County requires us to collect tax on the rent from every reservation. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. The tax percentages associated with your stay will be 5% beginning Jan 1st.
Please note, check-in details will not be sent until the mandatory taxes are fully paid.
