The Space:
You have your own back yard with a BBQ and table & chairs to chill out at the end of the day and enjoy a sun downer.

A well set out two bedroom unit with one bathroom plus a second toilet downstairs.

Bedrooms are both upstairs. The master bedroom has a Queen bed. Bedroom two has two King Single Beds. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the bathroom.

Heating is provided by a heat pump which can also be used for cooling in the summer.

The Rotorua Aquatic Centre is just 700m (10min walk) down the road. The centre has recently (2024) seen a $23 million dollar revitalisation with heated indoor and outdoor lap pools and a dedicated indoor heated children's pool. Check it out during your stay.
