When you first enter the villa it looks nice, but once you really live in it that all changes! It looks like nothing has been updated since it was built, except for the washer, dryer, refrigerator and TV’s. Washer had mold in it and the refrigerator door shelves are ready to break. The stove door looks like it’s never has been cleaned in between the glass. The leather like couches are so used and material is ripped. The cutlery is awful and chefs knife is broken to the point of unsafe to use. There were not enough bath towels for the amount of people that can stay there. No wash cloths, no large beach towels for pool area. The master bedroom bed was fixed with boards as were the patio chairs. The vents were so dusty that my guests with allergies were sick. The layout of the house was great. Beds were comfortable. Location for our stay was great and being close to Walmart, Aldi and Sam’s club was very convenient. It was Florida winter and cold at night. We had no blankets on the beds or closets. All these things Are fixable. Would I stay in this house again? Only if some repairs and maintenance occurs. The neighborhood kids/teenagers were not very respectful of the property, they would run around chasing each other in between the houses and around our vehicles. A couple was fighting on a Thursday night after midnight so badly screaming and using the “N” word that I was ready to call the police. This was alarming to hear this. Check reviews before booking.
