ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
The house itself is nicely decorated and comfortable, and the location is great—quiet and close to everything. However, our experience with the management company, Tech Travel, was frustrating and disappointing. Communication was poor, and it took multiple attempts (including contacting VRBO) before we received any response.Upon check-in, we discovered that the TVs didn’t work, and the house lacked basic kitchen essentials like a cutting board and a baking sheet. There was no ironing board, and we experienced electrical issues—lights flickering and turning on/off randomly, the TV turning on by itself, and no ability to control the house temperature. The cleanliness was also lacking, as we encountered roaches during our stay, Much of the glass (wall hangings, glass light fixtures) you could write your name in. My sister who owns a cleaning company actually cleaned it all. Additionally, the property has only one parking space, which is difficult to maneuver in and out of. Off road parking is impossible to find. There are no powder rooms, so all guests must go upstairs to use the hall bath, which may not be convenient for everyone.While the home has potential and is in a great spot, the lack of responsiveness, maintenance issues, and cleanliness concerns made our stay less enjoyable. I would not rent this property again if Tech Travel continues to be the property manager. I hope they improve their communication and upkeep for future guests.
