Perfect for beach holidays or golf trips with amenities on your doorstep; including renovated Clubhouse, ProShop, Driving Range and Tennis Courts (via Fourth Loop), all within a 2min walk. The Thirteeth Surf Beach is a 1km stroll (or Golf Buggy ride) down the access path. . The First Floor consists of a Master bedroom (with king bed, walk-through wardrobe, large ensuite) and an open plan kitchen/living/dining/study space, with picturesque views over the 18th green of the Creek Course. Watch the golfers play from the comfort of the lounge room or enjoy the vantage point of the balcony. The upper floor is flooded in natural light and enjoys a beautiful cross-breeze. For added comfort, there is a gas fireplace, ceiling fans and split systems (in Master & Lounge room).
The Ground Floor consists of two bedrooms (with split systems), 2nd Bathroom and European laundry with washing machine and dryer. The Queen room comfortably sleeps two people, with sliding doors opening to the 18th green. The third bedroom has a Double bed, walk-in robe and desk but is ideally suited to one person. The downstairs patio includes a Weber Genesis 3 burner BBQ and the garage houses the golf buggy (for guest use) and table tennis table.
The Apartment is designed for 4-5 guests. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, basic pantry items and other amenities, are supplied for your comfort and convenience. Plus tennis racquets, board games and beach tent.
Please Note: We caution families with young children; there is an open staircase, 3 balconies (with climbable furniture), an open-flame gas fireplace (with no glass cover) and direct access to the golf course (no fences).
Parking - Guests are permitted to use the Residents Only Parking spaces.
Barwon Heads - 5-minute trip by car and provides multiple dining options, amenities (IGA greengrocer, pharmacy etc.), boutique stores and the Barwon Heads inlet provides family-friendly swimming options. Alternatively, Ocean Grove is a 10min drive away and has a larger surf beach, that is located near “The Dunes" restaurant.
No pets or parties permitted - Your stay falls under the Evian Apartments Owners Corporation rules, which stipulates that residents and guests use the facilities “for quiet enjoyment” and a strict noise restriction applies after 10PM.
Security - We have two external security cameras to support check-in and to inform cleaners when guests have checked out: one (1) at the front door that covers the doorway, MasterLock & garage door; and one (1) at the rear door covering the patio. Images of the 'range of view' will be disclosed with the Guests Instructions leaflet.
