Fin & Tonic ist ein geräumiges Haus am Meer mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, das direkt an einem unberührten und sehr privaten Sandstrand liegt. Dieser perfekte Urlaubsausflug bietet eine wunderschön eingerichtete, 1.500 m² große Wrap-around-Terrasse mit Verfolgungsjagden, einem Esstisch und einem hohen Cocktail, um den Mondaufgang über dem Meer zu beobachten. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, 800 m südlich von Hope Town. Beide
leicht zu Fuß oder eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Golfwagen zur Kolonialstadt Hope Town, wo Sie Geschäfte, großartige Restaurants, Strandbars und verschiedene andere Aktivitäten finden. Unser Dock befindet sich im geschützten Hafen von Hope Town und eignet sich für ein 26-Fuß-Boot.

Das Haus ist neu renoviert / renoviert (2016) und verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage, einen automatischen Notstromaggregat, brandneue Edelstahlgeräte, WLAN-Internetzugang und umfangreiches Kabel-TV, Sportkanäle, UKW, Festnetz, Netflixs, einen Wasserfilter und vieles mehr von anderen Extras. Ebenfalls enthalten sind eine Vielzahl von Familienspielen, Schnorchelausrüstung, Grill und ein Boogie-Board. Fin & Tonic ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom On Da Beach entfernt. Für Gäste, die einen Swimmingpool bevorzugen, gibt es in der Lodge am Strand einen großen Pool.

Das große Zimmer, zwei der Schlafzimmer und die große Terrasse bieten viel Tageslicht und einen spektakulären Meerblick. Schnorcheln ist so nah wie das Riff direkt am Strand vor dem Haus. Angeln, Bootfahren, Tauchen, Schnorchelausflüge und vieles mehr sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang oder eine Fahrt nach Hope Town entfernt.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad. Die beiden übrigen Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten. Die zwei Einzelbetten können nach vorheriger Ankündigung in einen König umgewandelt werden. Es gibt auch die Option eines tragbaren Twin-Betts und eines aufblasbaren Twin-Aerobed, beide mit Voranmeldung und einer kleinen zusätzlichen Gebühr.

Fahrräder und Golfwagen sind die Haupttransportart auf der Insel. Wir empfehlen, dass Sie einen Golfwagen und / oder ein Boot zur gleichen Zeit mieten, wenn Sie Ihren Aufenthalt buchen. Die Erkundung anderer Inseln im ruhigen Abaco-Meer ist mit einem Bootsverleih möglich und wird Ihren Aufenthalt erheblich verbessern.

What a delightful house on a spectacular beach on Elbow Cay, Bahamas. Great location to access town and all of the restaurants on the southern end. You basically have the beach to yourself! And perfect for walking. Karen the property manager was extremely helpful. Home with a generator is imperative! Highly recommend!

Anniversary Trip

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with family in the Abacos and Fin & Tonic made the experience amazing! The great location, fabulous view, many amenities of the home, very nice lay out, so comfortable, convenient boat dock and extremely helpful owner and property manager created an absolutely perfect week for us. A great house and owners, we appreciated everything that they provided.

The house is cute and comfy located on the ocean side of the island. Beautiful beach. We utilized the new dock on the canal for our boat rental. Its a short golf cart ride down the road. Wish the house had an umbrella for the outside table for some shade and beach chairs to bring down to the beach. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much!!

The house was beautiful and very clean. The views were amazing and the location was excellent. We felt like the pictures did not do the home justice. We loved everything from the nearby dock, visiting chickens, plentiful outdoor seating, and vicinity to one of our favorites On Da Beach.

Fabulous House

We had the absolute best time and could not have been more please with the house! It's beautiful and the pictures don't do the view justice. It's even prettier! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the pans you could ever need. We appreciated the cooler for beach days and the property manager was very helpful and kind. We absolutely loved our stay!

Beautiful home. Karen was wonderful. Perhaps add an outside shower and allow at least 1 day to wash.

The location of the house was perfect distance to both ends of the island. House was easy to roll into so we could get straight to enjoying our vacation. Boat slip was near by! Would have been nice to have an outside shower and to use the washer at least 1 day for our over a week stay. Besides this, everything was absolutely wonderful!

Perfect vacation house on the beach!

We had a wonderful week-long vacation in this little piece of paradise! The recently-remodeled home is adorable and very comfortable and has all the amenities you might possibly need. Best of all is the nearly-empty gorgeous white sand beach right off the deck leading to the unbelievably beautiful turquoise ocean. I found amazing treasures on the beach every day and the views were tremendous! You will not want to leave this place, but the charming town of Hope Town is not to be missed. I'll be back!

Family Vacation

My family and I spent a week at Fin & Tonic. The house was spacious and very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed hanging out on the back patio facing the ocean. We loved hearing the ocean and having direct access to it. The location of the house it great, It’s a very easy walk to town. We opted to rent golf carts and enjoyed exploring the island on them.My only suggestion would be to add a few more sauté skillets in the kitchen. We did a lot of cooking and having a few more pans would have been great. Karen the property manager was very prompt and pleasant to deal with. We had a fantastic time and highly recommends Fin & Tonic.

Best spot on Elbow Cay

This was our 5th visit to the Abacos and our second time staying on Elbow Cay and I have to say it was the nicest place we have had the pleasure of staying. I could have lounged in the living room and watched the scenery the whole week without moving! It was wonderful to have the beach right at the doorstep and the sand was so beautiful and soft. We enjoyed having several dinners on the deck as in the evening the breeze and the shade made it perfect to enjoy the views while eating. One morning we saw the most enormous crab I have seen crawl across the deck! We had dinner and lunch at the Abaco Inn and Cap'n Jacks (we were one of the co-winners for Trivia night!) and also enjoyed a wonderful meal at Firefly. With a golf cart, every place on the island, even Tahiti Beach, is very accessible. Most mornings we made breakfast with fresh bread or cinnamon rolls from Vernon and then we took day trips to Pete's and Nippers for fun on the boat and enjoyed amazing views of the fish while snorkeling at Mermaids Reef and Pelican Cays. The boat slip was so convenient and a complete bonus to the house stay. I cannot say enough good things about the location and amenities offered at the house. We would love to return and spend another week here again some time soon!

Amazing all around!

I really love this home. It was located on a beautiful beach. Close to everything. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked in 3 nights. The beds and linens were wonderful. The best thing was Karen the property manager. She was very attentive and so sweet. She genuinely cared about our experience. We will be back for sure.

Hopetown perfect stay at Fin and Tonic

Our week was absolutely perfect! Even before arriving the owner was responsive and helpful, sent me names of several boat rental companies and names to contact for day trips. I can’t say enough about Karen who is the caretaker, she was at the dock to meet us on arrival, gave us the rundown of the house and was available during our whole stay. She even took us out to an amazing reef one day since we had issues securing our own boat rental. The house itself is even better than the pictures, perfect open plan layout for a beach house with incredible views of the pristine beach right outside. We enjoyed cooking fresh caught fish (again thanks to Karen) in the well stocked kitchen, drinks on the deck admiring the ocean and unbelievable skies at night! The only thing we regretted was having to leave this beautiful home. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing family gathering spot and getaway

It couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is amazing, the views are even more amazing. We had everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone, comfortable beds, nice open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, great outdoor spaces, a back up generator so you are never without power. Perfect spot down on the beach for a wedding! Kim and Karen are both so great to work with and are great at communicating. I wouldn’t change a thing!

We loved Fin & Tonic - the photos were exactly what we experienced. Great house right on the beach and about a mile from the boat dock - we rented a golf cart for transportation around the island. Karen was amazing at arranging transportation from the dock to the house upon arrival and again for departure to assist with luggage. Hope Town / Elbow Cay is an amazing little island we plan to revisit soon and frequently! A boat / golf cart rental is a must for this adorable island.

Amazing!!!

What an amazing house in an even more amazing location! We had such a great time- house is beautiful- bathrooms beautiful and right on the beach that was all our own. Dock is a short golf cart ride and brand new. We loved how we were right in the middle between Hope Town and Firefly resort. Amazing dinners at Firefly and Abaco Inn. The island is really coming back at an amazing pace. Everyone we met was over the top kind and helpful! The house is stocked with everything you need! We loved our stay! Will be back!

Heavenly getaway

Everything was wonderful, a little too far to dock for our party. Required multiple golf carts for dropping off boaters, equipment, having one for pickup, and also needed one at house! Everything else was above par!

We have always loved everything about the beach; fishing, boating, island hopping, swimming, floating, snorkeling,and finding treasures on early morning beach walks. Our travel destination "musts" have always included locales that are non commercial, uncongested, pristine water, friendly destinations that offer unique experiences, great restaurants and ease of travel. We began a search for a second, and eventual retirement property that would fulfill our travel "musts“. In a 3 week whirlwind house hunting trip we searched the BVIs, US Virgin Islands, the Carolinas and both coasts of Florida. We were frustratingly unsuccessful. Tired and disheartened we added a few days to the end of that trip to fulfill a long standing promise to our daughter in law to see her "favorite place on earth": Hope Town, Elbow Cay. As we pulled into the harbor and saw the candy striped lighthouse, the quaint colonial homes, and the pristine water we knew we were home. The rest is history! We returned 5 times the first year expecting each time that we could not possibly love it as much as previous visits. We did and 6 months after our first visit we bought a large fixer upper very close to town and directly on the beach A total rehab ensued and Fin and Tonic was born. It is our winter home away from home. We love sharing this very special property with both families and couples. We sincerely hope you love our little slice of paradise as much as we do.
