The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need, including Ninja Coffee maker and grinder, Ninja blender, air fryer and gas range stove! Large counter space is perfect for laying out the family spread or sitting for a meal with bar seating for four. The dining area has a table for eight. You won't miss your favorite shows, as the living room comes equipped with a 65" smart tv in the living room, with plenty of seating on the sofa, loveseat and comfy chair.

Guests also have access to a half bathroom downstairs off of the hallway, as well as a full washer and dryer.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, with the first being the front queen master bedroom. This room has a wall controlled ceiling fan for added comfort, and a 50" smart tv. The master bathroom has a shower. The second downstairs bedroom is the perfect retreat after a long day at the parks. The back king master provides access to the pool through the bathroom and has a 50" smart tv and wall controlled ceiling fan for added comfort. The master bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower.

Guests looking to take in the Florida sun will enjoy nature while sitting on the screened in patio, overlooking a pond. Whether you want to jump into the heated pool or unwind in the heated spillover spa, guests will be sure to enjoy vacation out back. Plenty of seating awaits, with a daybed cabana with lounge seating for two and outdoor dining for eight. Two outdoor ceiling fans will keep the Central Florida breeze flowing all day long!

If you prefer staying inside where it is cool, you will certainly find hours of entertainment in the private movie and game room. Watch your favorite movie on the 100" projector with six theater style reclining seats, as well as bar seating for three in the back. This room is fit with a separate air conditioner to keep guests cool in the Florida heat. Guests will also be able to enjoy a game of air hockey and start a new family rivalry, or get some arcade time on the Pac man or Ridge Racer arcade games. Bragging rights are on the line for whomever can get the highest score on the Marvel Pinball!

The second floor of the home has both the loft and the other five bedrooms. The loft has a modular sofa to enjoy the 70" smart tv, or you can take in a game of pool on the pool table. There is a full bathroom off of the loft with a double vanity and tub/shower combo.

The space fans will retreat to a galaxy far away in the space room with two bunk beds with four twin mattresses. The little ones will also enjoy their favorite shows on the 50" smart tv. Mom and dad will nestle comfortably on the other side of the jack and jill bathroom in the upstairs queen bedroom. This room has a desk work station for those needing to have a little quiet time or catch up on work while away. A wall controlled ceiling fan adds comfort and the 50" smart tv is perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The shared bathroom has a shower for guests to use.

The other little explorers will enjoy one of two twin/twin bedrooms upstairs. One room is set for the princesses, and the other for the race fans. Both bedrooms have a 50" smart tv to enjoy your favorite shows and apps.

The upstairs back king master also has a wall controlled ceiling fan and 50" smart tv. The bathroom has a double vanity and shower.

Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests $45.
Max of 5 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
