This light filled, fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom,2 bathroom, apartment has stunning views from behind large open sliding doors to welcome the sun, salt and surf in. You couldn't get closer to the action of Surfers Paradise Beach if you tried.
Enjoy the complexes facilities, such as 2 pool area, 1 indoor heated pool, 1 outdoor pool and spa, a full sized tennis court and large BBQ areas. With Cavil Avenue at your fingertips, this prime beachfront location is the doorway to the ultimate family holiday.
Relax into modern furnishings and fixtures, as well as a well equipped gallery style kitchen, complete with induction cooktop, Nespresso machine and modern appliances, or sit at the Breakfast Bar and soak up the views.
Bedding configurations are as followed:
Master Bedroom 1:
1x King bed - with ensuite.
Bedroom 2:
2x Long Single Beds.
Please note, that while the windows are cleaned fully after every guest, a salt spray can quickly cover them prior to arrivals.

- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
