The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space with your parking registration fee paid with reservation. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries! Your reservation includes a $75 building use fee. The Capri building charges $10 per day or $50 per week. If your stay is 4 days or less the overage fee will be refunded prior to check-in. If your stay is greater than 7 days a $10 fee will be added to your stay for every additional day greater than 7 days. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Capri building directly at $10 per day or $50 per week.
