Summary:
This two bedroom garden apartment. is set on the northern side ground floor of a beautifully preserved Art Deco block of 6 apartments.
The photos of the property are accurate to what you will expect when you arrive.
The Space:
Two bedrooms with one king size bed and queen bed.
Refurbished laundry and new butler's pantry.
Well-appointed kitchen.
Sunny northern side of building.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. One closet in each bedroom to be locked for owner use.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Short stroll to Mosman village and Mosman Bay. Close to several harbour side walks. Close to city.
Seconds away from the chic boutiques and cafes along Avenue Road and a stroll to Reid Park, Mosman Rowers' Club and the Mosman Bay ferry wharf.
Getting Around:
Free untimed parking on street.
Bus stop at door. Ferry at Mosman Bay. Short trip to CBD via bus or ferry.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)
