Clean, great neighborhood

My fiancé and I stayed here 3 nights while attending a family wedding in the area. It was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is the noise on the street in front while trying to sleep, but I did expect this from reading previous reviews. It was a relatively short walk into Cherry Creek with many restaurants, stores, etc.

Great spot!

We had a great stay! the place was perfect! Really convenient to all the things in Denver and perfect for just hanging out, playing catch in the yard, or taking a walk in the beautiful neighborhood. Hosts were VERY responsive to any issue we had. Thank you!

Good place

Enjoyed our stay. There is a bit of road noise and only blinds in the bedroom so pretty light out at night. Otherwise, cozy and safe area; close to several really good restaurants. The property manager was great. Would stay again.

Adorable, Clean, Close to Activities

We had a great stay! The host was wonderful, the home was clean, lots of space and super cute. The location was a short uber away from wherever we wanted. It was off a busy road, so I would recommend some heavy curtains in the bedrooms to help drown out the noise and lights, otherwise we had a great stay!

This was an amazing property that was within walking distance to the Cherry Creek area. It’s also centrally located in Denver and was easy to get to all of the different areas of the metro area.

Perfect stay for our softball tournament!

Good stay but busy street

Had a good stay overall. House on busy street with a lot of outside road noise for trying to sleep. You have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, so you have to carry everything up the stairs. You have everything you need in the apartment, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.

The street address while accurate is not how you access the property. It is accessed from the street behind the property address. So it was a little confusing. But the place was great.

Moving To Denver

Very clean, newly remodled, upstairs appartment with two large bedrooms, plenty of closet space, full kitchen, very nicely appointed. Covered, carport parking off the rear was very nice on rainy mornings. Washer & Dryer on lower level. The house is on Colorado Ave. so there is some traffic noise, but honestly it never really bothered us too much.

Great Place in Cherry Creek

My family and I arrived in Denver well before check-in time, and the host graciously allowed us an early check-in with clear, easy instructions. This was such a blessing for our group, which included my 74-year-old mother, teenage daughter, husband, and me. We were visiting my oldest son for the Thanksgiving holiday, and the apartment provided the perfect setting for us to host a holiday dinner for our family and three of my son’s friends. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, giving us the opportunity to cook and enjoy a wonderful meal together with a few young professionals living in the area away from their families.The 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. Although we couldn’t take advantage of the lovely patio seating due to the time of year, I imagine it’s fantastic in the summer. The home featured updated appliances, laundry facilities, and plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with snacks, wine, and a well-organized spice rack, which came in handy while preparing our large meal.The location is beautiful and very walkable, with shops, parks, and museums nearby. While there was some street noise due to its position between two major roadways, this was expected for a city location and did not detract from our overall experience.We will absolutely book this home again every time we visit Denver. It was reasonably priced, conveniently located, and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Great Place in Cherry Creek

This is a great little place. It’s in a great area and is close to shopping/dining in the Cherry Creek North area. It’s also easy to get to downtown Denver and all of the sports stadiums. We had one little issue and the owners took care of it immediately. I do have to mention that the house is on a major thoroughfare so there is quite a bit of road noise that could bother you while trying to sleep. But we got used to it and it wasn’t a problem for us. We would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfy, and spacious!

This upstairs unit was very clean, comfy, spacious, and exactly as advertised. We had a lovely stay with everything we needed for our short 4-night trip to visit family in the area and the location was perfect for our needs. The furnishings and appliances all appeared to be new and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The bedrooms each had a King size bed with plenty of room to spare. There is a beautifully manicured fenced front yard for a little outdoor time and a carport on the back side of the house for parking, which was very convenient. It was nice to not have to worry about street parking - you can just pull in and go directly into the unit. The weather was perfect for our stay, but access to the unit directly from the carport would be a wonderful bonus in inclement weather. You could definitely hear the road noise on S Colorado Blvd inside the unit, but we always travel with a white noise machine for sleeping, so it didn't bother us at all. Since the lockbox for the keys is attached to the host's downstairs unit doorframe, it was a little confusing to figure out which door to enter, but the hosts were there when we arrived and they were very nice and explained which door to use to get to the upstairs unit. Other than when we arrived and the morning we left, we never saw them, but we knew they were there if we needed anything, which was nice. All in all a wonderful stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Loud 24/7

First off the house is in a very nice area. It was clean and spacious. The smart TVs were nice. It does look exactly like the photos. It was great to have the driveway and carport for our vehicle since it was raining when we got in and we didn’t have to worry about street parking. The side yard was a mess when we arrived on Friday. Saturday workers showed up at 9am and were banging incessantly just doing their jobs, but it was definitely very frustrating and hard to be in the house. We had plans in the morning that kept out until after 4pm, so I figured they would be gone by the time we got back, but the workers worked well passed 7pm banging and banging using saws and tools building a patio. This is also a very noisy area as far as traffic. Sirens going by woke us all up several times through the night. One bedroom has a door with a window which was only an issue at night as it stayed pretty light in the room and the neighbor kept their kitchen light on overnight which also lit the bedroom up as if we had our own lights on since the buildings are so close and there are no curtains only blinds. A heads up on construction would have been nice. I have had other vrbos reach out with a heads up regarding things like that before as we use several vrbos every year. Our experience was disappointing, but if you’re a heavy sleeper and plan to be gone most of the day I wouldn’t Deter you from renting.
