This stargazing 10th floor balcony apartment has an amazing inner city vibe, distance view of the Harbour Bridge and lots of incredible sunshine. Please note key collection needs to be between 9am - 5pm unless otherwise organised prior to booking.

Home away from home

Fantastic view, gorgeous apartment wonderful host

I stayed in this unit as part of a work visit, followed by a few days’ vacation with family. The apartment itself is fantastic, well appointed with everything needed for a stay of a week or more. Access to the gym and pool was a great bonus - and the views from the balcony were mesmerizing!! I was in contact with Peta prior to and during my stay and she was very welcoming and helpful. (The only minus was only having one set of keys.) I very much hope I’ll get to stay here again as it reminded me of my 11-month stay in the same complex 15 years ago only with a better view and an extra bedroom. It felt like home away from home!

Fantastic accommodation

The pictures do not do this place justice - it is better than any five star hotel! Spotlessly clean, well equipped (no fewer than two le creusets), and the 50m pool, gyms and indoor pool are as good as they sound! Great location too, if you want to get into the city - bus right on the doorstep direct to Martin Place. 5 minute walk to local shops with a good supermarket and cafes. Thank you for having us.

Great apartment

Absolutely loved Rex’s apartment it was beautifully decorated also had a large smart tv and the comfortable beds. Amenities are a five minute walk away including supermarket bottle shop and lots of coffee shops and restaurants! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Visiting family who live in the area. Apartment was lovely. Beautiful city views. Bus stop outside for regular buses to the centre of town. Very clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Apartment

The Sterling Circuit development has 2 swimming pools and 2 gyms, its in a great location for public transport and has secure private parking. I would normally mention an area for improvement but this apartment is superb - and i would definitely look to stay again

Comfortable Stay in Camperdown

This is a well set up apartment with a beautiful porch. We had great views of downtown and were able to view the New Year’s Eve fireworks. We were within 5 minutes of walking to bus stops and the tram. Grocery stores and restaurants are also nearby either walking or a short bus ride. Rex kept in touch and answered any questions we had. This was a wonderful VRBO stay.

My cell phone, being from out of the country, would not allow me to download email attachments which is how the check in process was communicated. Because of this, the check in process did not go smoothly. Once we were in, everything was wonderful.

Rex and Peta could not have been more helpful to ensure we felt welcome and were comfortable throughout our stay. Great location with local cafes and easy access to city, a swimming pool to keep the youngest member of our party happy and accessible access in and out of the apartment to accommodate the oldest member of our party. Sydney Girls Getaway

Great location & views, beautifully furnished & very clean. Very well stocked & supplied with essential kitchen items, appliances & basic cooking supplies. Wonderful cafes, a cute market for all our essentials were very nearby, as was the light rail. Apartment was clean, tasteful and comfortable. Nice touches (like movable window shades) and modern appliances. Stunning views of Sydney from large balcony. Fabulous apartment in the inner west

We stayed for four fabulous nights in this apartment. It is well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there - plus some extra staples in the pantry. Apartment is well located. Parking under the building is easy to access. Great views from the balcony, very comfortable lounge area and good quality beds and linen. Rex is great at communicating. Everything worked well. We will definitely be back!

Great views and comfort

This property was the best rental I have stayed at.Location was spot on for our needs ie medical services at PA Hospital and the apartment is very stylish with everything you could want.Close to the city with a small shopping centre a block away.The view back towards the city is wonderful and Rex was very helpful.
