IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
**For Persons With Mobility Challenges: This cabin requires walking up 29
steps to access the deck leading to the main entrance.
** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our
Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-
in.
** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline
community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse,
tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not
attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which
our Guests are responsible.
Snowline Cabin #81 - Hilltop Cabin Escape! Perched on a hill head-and-
shoulders above the rest, your family will feel like they are staying in an
enchanted log home tree house! This 2-story, 2 bedroom, 2-bath log home
provides the perfect escape from city dwelling life. The main floor features a
cozy living room with comfortable furnishings including one regular and one
corner group sofa, a freestanding gas fireplace to cozy-up to for sipping
coffee or cocoa, (or a glass of wine!) a flat screen monitor with Roku, and a
magnificent territorial view through a canopy of trees. The kitchen/dining
area provides plenty of usable counter space for creating a light snack or
whipping-up a gourmet feast, along with a dining table that provides seating
for four. A tiled combination ¾-bath and laundry cubby with a stack washer and
dryer round out the first floor. Ascending the staircase to the top floor
reveals one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed along with a private outdoor
balcony, a second “master” bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, plenty of closet
space, and it's own walkout balcony, plus 1-full bath with an old fashioned
claw foot tub (no shower) ensuite. Just outside the front door is a large
platform deck…perfect for lounging and soaking up all that Mother Nature has
to offer, and a private hot tub for soaking your weary bones while winding
down after an adventure packed day. Don't forget Fido…this pet-friendly
(2-Pets Max, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep
up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests
enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,
backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,
whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER
Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,
snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the
photography is unsurpassed year-round!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
** Restricted Parking for up to two average-sized vehicles with no on-street
or road shoulder parking permitted.
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for
Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as
the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures
are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds
are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this
regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate
eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written
Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private
residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring
homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them
at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They
should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in
advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests
seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via
a different provider.
