"We had such a wonderful stay at Robyn and Dave's property! We loved the luxurious feel of the house, and especially appreciated all of the small touches - no detail was overlooked.
It was amazing to be so close to both the beach and the shops, our toddler was so excited to have an ice cream just a few minutes walk down the road. It meant that our trip had a true 'holiday feel', even though we were so close to Melbourne.
Robyn and Dave were very responsive and helpful, and provided detailed information including a great guide for the house. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we will be back for some more R&R."

*We pride ourselve on being Children & Infant 'Friendly' and provide a Highchair (Found in the laundry) and a Portable Cot (Stored in bedroom 3 wardrobe).
** IMPORTANT: Please bring your own cot linen and bedding.
*Portable Cot can fit in bedroom 3 when fully opened but fits much better in bedroom 2, if that is your preferrence.
*Main bathroom has a large bath tub as well as a shower, with a Private toilet is in it's own separate room.
*Master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.
*Sofa in the 'Den' pulls out to a Queen sized bed. Guests can make the sofa bed themselves when required.
Linen and bedding for the sofa bed can be found on the top shelf of the Master bedroom walk-in wardrobe.
*Enjoy the outdoor breakfast Bar and outdoor dining on our spacious deck in the private backyard.
*Please leave the linen and bedding on the top shelf of the Master bedroom wardrobe for Guests requiring the Sofa bed in the 'Den' to access.

*LONG STAYS
All bookings of 21 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service. You will have the option of a Refresh $200 or a Thorough turnover Clean and restock at $350.
** Guests must vacate the premises while cleaning is being carried out.
Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.
*All bookings are *NOT* confirmed until the Hosts IDV Form process has been completed by the Primary booking guest. This is compulsory.
*As this is in a residential area, Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am
*Primary Guest will fill out our ID Verification form
*We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25 years.
*No Schoolies
*Please treat this home with respect as if it were your own.
*If you use the BBQ, please use the provided BBQ cleaning equipment to leave the BBQ clean for the next guest. If the cleaners have to clean the BBQ after you, there will be an extra $25 fee added onto the cleaning fee.
*The cleaning fee covers a standard clean only. If cleaners are forced to stay longer, due to guests lack of care, then BnB Host Management reserve the right to pass those extra costs onto the guest.
*There will be a minimum fine of $200 as a consequence for smoking, partying or bringing in animals.
*Please DO NOT REMOVE the large bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the bathroom/s, Dishwashing Liquid, Rinse Aid & Disinfectant Wipes in the kitchen. These amenities are the property of BnB Host Management and are regularly refilled for guest convenience. Additional fees may apply if items are removed.
