Bedroom #4 is furnished with a pyramid bunk (Twin over Full) and has a private deck on the front of the home. There is an additional seating area on this level with a flat-screen TV and DVD player and additional direct access to the covered hot tub deck.

Top Level: The top floor features a well-appointed kitchen, main living area, covered deck, and sound-facing sun deck. The living area includes a full entertainment center with a 42-inch flat screen TV, stereo system, DVD player, and an inviting dining area that seats 8. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal with plenty of cookware and a breakfast bar that seats 4. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
