This pet-friendly, 3-bedroom holiday home sits on a large flat private section. The house has a lovely open plan living area that flows out onto sunny north facing decks. It has been beautifully furnished and has a nice homely feel. Handily located in Jack Boyd Drive, it is only a few minutes drive to everything Mangawhai Heads has to offer, Surf Beach, Estuary, Golf Course, Mangawhai Activity Zone, Eateries, etc and only a few minutes more to the Village markets, Tavern, Bennetts Chocolate Shop and Cafe and more eateries.

The large flat section is great for family games in the summer and enjoy evenings on the deck with a cold drink in hand after a day at the beach.

Please note that as the owners also use this as their holiday home, there are some of the owner's private items in wardrobes.

LINEN: Please note that other than pillows, duvets and duvet covers, linen is not included in the tariffs but can be rented for $25 per person, further details are provided in the 'Rooms and beds' section of the listing. If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so they can be made up. We have linen as an optional extra to make a more affordable holiday for those who wish to bring their own.

BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
