The Sunnyhurst building houses only 4 apartments and this one’s on the ground floor with a coveted garden and outdoor eating space. The layout makes full use of the indoor-outdoor flow and benefits from an abundance of natural light.

The beautiful living room, with its ornate ceilings, original windows and textured feature wall, houses a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a TV. Indoor plants and other occasional furniture add a stylish homely touch.

This flows through to the dining room and then the kitchen is through a wide opening to the right. The dining suite seats 6 and there is further ample seating round the large outdoor table on the deck visible just beyond through bifold doors.
