Enjoy a break with the family in this beachfront, three bedroom unit. Perfect if you have lots of children as this unit has 2 sets of bunks + 1 Queen beds and 1 double. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and family friendly Palm Beach Surf Club.. Close to transport for Theme Parks .This unit is in an excellent position for that relaxing holiday.

Linen

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

We can organise linen hire, the linen pack will be delivered to the property for your arrival and collected on departure. Also available for hire cots, baby needs and beach towels.

Please note on your booking if you require linen hire or contact our office with your requirements.

No parties or mass gatherings are allowed in or at any of our properties.

Please note on 03 October 2024 we have been advised by the owners. The property next door is currently being demolished, there may be some noise at the property from the works that is happening.

Cavill Avenue und Pacific Fair Shopping Centre sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du Lust auf Shoppen hast. Gorgeous view and walking distance to everything you need

The property is quite dated and could you some love but the location and view make up for it. The beautiful sandy beach is right out the front of the balcony and supermarkets and many eating options are a short stroll away.

Incredible location!!!

The 'absolute waterfront' location of this 3rd story Unit is second-to-none!! Private beach access from the front yard, with an outdoor shower. Very easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Easy drive to the theme parks and surrounding beaches for swimming. Our family of 5 stayed in July, and the temperature was comfortable. We noticed there was no air-conditioning or ceiling fans, so would never stay there in the warmer months. Access is only via stairs from the carpark. Contained everything a family would require. The property is old, with the rust and corrosion you would expect from an older beachfront property. It was quite dirty, with broken blinds, grubby walls/floors throughout, and mould on the bathroom ceiling. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. We informed the Property Manager of a blocked sink, door from master bedroom to balcony which was corroded shut, and no tv digital signal (tv was unwatchable). The Property Manager was wonderful to communicate with. We would highly recommend for a family for a stay in the cooler months, who are focussing on the location and don't mind the general old condition/poor cleanliness.

Perfect Beachside location

This isn't the newest unit available so don't expect a 'polished' brand new apartment. But don't let that distract you from the fantastic beach side location, beach views and direct access to the Beach. It's also an Ideal base to explore from, with quick access to public transport.
