We visit St Petersburg because my daughter has procedures with a specialist at John Hopkins All Childrens. We are pretty particular when it comes to where we stay because of her medical issues. This rental was in an older but quiet neighborhood, the neighbors were friendly and waved at us when they saw us. The house was very clean when we checked in. The only issues we had was the code and trying to unlock the door- we called the owner and she answered right away, was very helpful and kind. The dishwasher had an issue as well, which we made them aware of, again she was very responsive to and had someone out quickly to fix the problem. It was not something that ruined our stay- it was something that could have happened anywhere, even in our own home. The appliances are all new and nice. I greatly appreciated having our own washer and dryer and not sharing with an entire floor of people like you sometimes do in a condo rental. There was MORE than enough cooking utensils, cookware, it honestly felt like being at home. The pool was just enough for my kiddos. It’s a quick drive to a few different beaches. We enjoyed Treasure Island when we weren’t at appointments. Honestly- this one will be on our list to stay at again for future visits back. Someone mentioned the towels in a previous review- we felt there were plenty and that’s what you get when you go to a hotel anyways we did pack our own beach towels though. Loved the decor and the homey feel. My kids had a GREAT time ;)
