Large, airy, bright apartment right on the beach with lots of room for relaxation and recreation. This newly renovated space has stunning furniture and every comfort you can imagine, from the fully equipped kitchen to the covered balcony overlooking the large private beach area.
If you love the beach, enjoy the shade of private palapas, comfortable loungers and tables for snacks and drinks. Walk the beach for hours in either direction, or enjoy frisbee, volleyball, bocce ball, or other beach games in the huge sandy area. If you're more of a pool person, you will love the large, well-kept pool with comfortable loungers and umbrellas.
When it's time to eat, you can cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen (BBQ on the deck) and dine indoors or out, at the lovely pool bar restaurant, or walk just a few minutes down the road to dozens of local restaurants.
Ready for bed? Sleep to the sound of the surf if you want! There is a beautiful onshore breeze -- you won't even need the air conditioning most of the time. Screens on all the windows keep out any nearby bugs, and if someone's having a party, just close the noise-reducing windows and you won't lose a wink of sleep.
A special feature of this property is the stunning sunrise. Catch it right from your bed, sit on the deck to admire it, or stroll down the beach at the water's edge to take it in. If you prefer to sleep in, don't worry, every bedroom has blackout blinds!
This property is within walking distance of all amenities: grocery store, restaurants, bars, bakeries, casino, and more. A short Uber, cab or transit ride will take you to attractions like the all-new Kathmandu water park (opening Jan 2023), the Blue Mall for shopping, or other fun excursions.

We are Cynthia and Bela, and we love the beach! Although we live in Canada, we have vacationed in the Bavaro area for nearly 10 years, and we just love it there. This property is our beach home, and we hope that you will love it as much as we do.

When we saw this property for sale, we knew we had to have it. It's spacious, right on the beach, and in a complex that is very well cared for, with excellent security, a beautiful pool, and amenities that checked all the boxes for us. We undertook a complete renovation to bring the unit up to the standards we want for ourselves in a vacation home.

This unit has everything that you need for a relaxing vacation in the Punta Cana area.
Windows in the entire unit are brand new, hurricane proof and sound proof. When there's a party nearby, you won't hear a thing once you close the windows! There are screens on all the windows, of course, because we love the ocean breeze and like to have the windows open as much as possible. All the bedroom windows have blackout curtains as well, in case you prefer to sleep in.
One of the issues listings don't usually talk about is drinking water. We chose to install a high-end water filter with UV treatment, right in the kitchen, so guests will not need to buy jugs of water for drinking and cooking. Filtered water is available at a spigot in the kitchen sink, and it's hooked up directly to the refrigerator so you can get clean, cool drinking water (and ice) right from the fridge.
Beach access is another important benefit of this unit. We are literally right on the beach -- a private beach, with shady palapas and plenty of comfortable loungers. Plus, there is private space for sports like volleyball, bocce ball, frisbee, etc. You can even order food to the beach from the pool bar/restaurant!
The complex has a laundry service for sheets and towels, but our unit has a washer/dryer for smaller things like clothing and bathing suits.
Security is important to us, and we know it is for you too. The unit is accessed via a keypad (no key to carry around), and there is a large safe on the premises. The complex has security guards on duty at all access points (gatehouse and beach area) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
