The Space:
An incredibly stylish getaway to the Mexican Caribbean in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Playa too, called Zazil-ha, just 2 blocks from the beach and steps to the famous 5th Avenue!

BEDROOM 1: 1 king bed (master), a table for 2, mini-fridge, TV & terrace access

LIVING AREA: 1 pullout sofa bed

Guests also have access to the rooftop infinity pool and sky bar lounge at the building which features tables, chairs, sun loungers, a wet bar and bar area, and spectacular ocean views.
This place is a vacation paradise! From the minute you enter The Shore you’ll feel relaxed as the complex is filled with tranquil fountains and lush tropical scenery. You certainly won’t need a car but if you have one, you’ll have free parking on-premise in the underground parking lot.
You’ll be just steps from Coco Beach and beach clubs like Mandarino, Martina, and a bit further south are Coralina and Mamitas Beach Clubs. These are great spots to spend the day soaking in the sun and having fun! Or stroll down 5th Avenue lined with restaurants, cafes, bars, boutique and souvenir shops, and plenty of people-watching!
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the rooftop pool lounge, common areas, and gym onsite.
This property has private underground parking. No reservation is needed, and it's subject to availability. Otherwise, there is paid street parking in the area.
The building has a spa with a sauna and massage room. If you wish to make use of any of these facilities, a reservation needs to be made at the front desk. Following fees apply, and are subject to change anytime. These services are unrelated to us, and we are not responsible for them. They are additional services provided by the condominium.
- Massage room has a price of 1300MXN for a 90min massage.
- Sauna has a price of 300MXN for 15 minute use.
The spa is open from 10am to 8pm.
- Snack bar is open from 12 to 8pm.
- Gym is open from 7am to 10pm, free of charge, and no reservation is needed.
- There is an elevator up to the 4th floor. To access the rooftop, there are some final steps for which no elevator is available - accessibility is limited.

The condo is located in The Shore condo complex, steps to 5th Avenue, close to grocery stores and beach clubs like Mandarino, Martina, Mamitas & Coralina Beach Clubs. Plus, here are some of our nearby restaurant recommendations:

Getting Around:
The condo is about 54 km or 33.5 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in The Shore at 46th Condo building. There’s an underground parking lot with free parking at the complex if you’re arriving by car, please mind the parking space is narrow, please let us know if you have any accessibility limitations so we can work out a parking solution for you. The complex is very centrally-located you really don't even need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project located a block away from the building. The construction is already in progress, so there may be potential noise in the area. The construction work is scheduled from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for them.
Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. Stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
We provide a set of 2 towels per person (bath and beach towels).
There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to have the place cleaned for an additional charge, just let us know in advance.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool, common area regulations and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- During bar hours (12 pm to 8 pm), no drinks or food are allowed in the pool area.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
Go to reception when you arrive to get checked in and registered. Then head to Unit #304 and enter the code into the digital keypad at the door to enter. The access code is provided to you 24 hours before arrival.
