The Space:
This 2-story condo is in one of the best locations in downtown Playa del Carmen, literally steps from the famous 5th Avenue. Go to the rooftop pool to soak up some sun or take a dip in your private spa tub on the 2nd-floor terrace at your leisure. Your dream stay awaits you in the Mexican Caribbean!

The main spaces of the condo:

- An open floor plan with high ceilings, creating a spacious feel that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

- There’s a wall-mounted Smart TV, a cozy sofa that becomes a sofa bed for flexible sleep space or to accommodate one guest, a wood chair, and accent tables for a stylish finish.

- There’s a dining table to accommodate 4 comfortably for sit-down meals at home.

- An open, fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you’d need to prepare a meal at home – a great money saver or handy if you follow a special diet.

- Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms to accommodate 5 people as such:

BEDROOM 1 (main level): 1 queen bed, access to a private balcony & ample closet space
BEDROOM 2 (upper level): 1 king bed, a desk, TV & access to a private balcony on one side & private terrace on the other! This bedroom is a loft. It is located on the upper level, but note it does not have a door. The private terrace has its own Jacuzzi and direct access to the condominium's pool area.
LIVING ROOM (main level): 1 single sofa bed pullout

- The upper terrace also has a sun lounger to relax and enjoy the sun and the view.

- Wi-Fi and dedicated laptop-friendly workspace/desk inside Bedroom 2 for the remote worker or student.'

- SmarTVs, bed linens, and towels are provided free during your stay.

- There is parking onsite

Guests have access to the ocean view rooftop pool at the condo building which features tables, chairs, sun loungers, and spectacular ocean and city views. Don’t forget there is an onsite gym so you won’t have to worry about missing your daily workout.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. As a guest, you’ll have access to the shared pool with a lounge area and the gym onsite.

The Neighborhood:
There’s so much to see and do around Playa del Carmen -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like scuba and snorkeling, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area!), private yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more! You certainly won’t need a car if you just want to spend time in the center; you’re just a couple of blocks away and to beach clubs like Coralina, Mamitas, Lido’s, and Zenzi.

Getting Around:
The distance from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) to your destination -- Condominio Pura Playa -- is about 55.6 km or 34.5 miles away. It’s best if you pre-arrange private transportation to/from the airport as taxis are quite expensive. Private transport can hold up to 8-10 passengers with luggage. You can also take the ADO first-class bus. It takes a little longer, because they make a few stops on the way, but it’s much more economical.

If you are driving around downtown, just remember there are parking meters you must pay to park and display your parking receipt on the dashboard of your car. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located, you won’t really need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project located adjacent to the building, particularly near the terrace area. This may result in noise disturbances such as drilling, shoveling, hammering, and other construction-related activities. As the construction is still in progress, a mesh has been installed around the jacuzzi area to enhance privacy. The construction work is scheduled from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for them.

Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.

We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.

There is no daily cleaning but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned for an additional charge, just please let us know in advance.

Additional services including baby equipment/pack 'n play is available for an extra charge with advanced notice.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
