The cottage has an open LR/Kitchen with cathedral ceiling and ladder to access the sleeping Loft with 2 Twin beds.

2 Bedrooms with Queen and full Bath all on main level. Generous decking wraps around 3 sides of the cottage with enclosed porch facing the ocean.

T​​​​​​​he dock is shared with the neighbor. Please feel free to enjoy the dock but stay clear of any personal watercraft.
