Main level includes eat-in Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom with a Queen, Bedroom with a Bunk bed and a Twin, and a full Bath. Upper Level features Den with 50" flat screen TV (including sports package w/Red Sox) and primary bedroom with a private balcony. Lower level offers full Bath and 4th bedroom w/Double bed, sitting area, sleep sofa & TV. Laundry room with a washer and dryer, utility sink for your use.

A studio guest cottage on the property rents separately, and can be combined with the main house rental.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
