THE SPACE
Located near the centre of Cowes, close to all amenities and within walking distance to Cowes beach and the Cowes shopping precinct, including some great cafes and restaurants, this large home offers coastal living at its best.

The lovely three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has enough space to spread out and relax.

Great-sized living and dining areas include a fireplace (BYO firewood) to warm up on cold winter nights—a fully equipped kitchen with all your needs.

Outside is a great deck to sit back and enjoy the afternoon sun with outdoor seating or the firepit for cooler nights (BYO firewood).

Light and large, your new island escape will be the perfect place to relax, unwind and spend time with the family.

No undercover parking or carport is available; however, there is off-street parking.

There is a security camera that is located at the front of the home facing the driveway and front yard.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps six people across three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds (2 guests)

It is a quintessential residence where you can enjoy your holiday and unwind.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay, and email us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
