CARRIAGE HOUSE was built in 1884 for Sir William and Lady Milne who occupied “Eurilla” as their summer residence and was originally built to house their carriage and coachmen. Situated amongst 5 acres of established garden, Carriage House is fully self contained and provides a picturesque and convenient base to explore the beautiful Adelaide Hills or the broader metropolitan area with the city being only 20 minutes away!

Comprised of a main living room with lofty ceilings together with two bedrooms (Queen and double) and separate bathroom and kitchen. There is off street parking for two vehicles and a private garden to enjoy outdoor dining. Carriage house can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Guests will enjoy the entire property and have their own private access.
The Neighborhood:
Within close proximity to Mount Lofty House and the townships of Crafers and Stirling it makes a perfect base base for weddings or those wanting a weekend getaway. Carriage House is also at the gateway to the Hills wine district, Hahndorf and all that is on offer in and about the Adelaide Hills.

A Car is essential and parking in the area is generally easy to find.
