Beach Access Information Update as of 19-Jan 2025
We regret to inform you that due to the recent storm, the beach is currently inaccessible. Severe erosion of the sand dunes has impacted the access path, making it unsafe for visitors.
The patrolled beach is conveniently located about 550 meters away or 8min walk. You can either walk or drive there, with a spacious car park available for your convenience.
The beach area features a lovely lawn above the sand, open showers, dressing rooms, and toilets. With clearly marked flags and lifeguards on duty, it’s a much safer option for families.
We are actively monitoring the situation and working with local authorities to ensure the path is restored as soon as possible. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we will provide an update as soon as the beach becomes accessible again.

I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
I’ve put a lot of effort into making this house into a lovely space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. Please don’t rearrange our furniture, don’t eat in the bedroom, and clean the kitchen after you use it.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noises between 9pm and 8am.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the balcony.
Pets are welcome at our home, but please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Please note this property is not fully fenced, guest should be fully responsible for the pet safety. Guests are reminded to dispose of all pet waste appropriately
