With the beachfront only minutes walk away, this is the ideal holiday cottage to escape to during Summer and enjoy swimming, surfing, canoeing, snorkelling.

Recently renovated, this property features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious outdoor entertainment area complete with a fire pit.

The beach house comfortably sleeps eight guests, with three queen beds and two single beds, and all linen and towels provided for your convenience.

As noted Linen is provided we also ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed here a couple of times and will keep coming back. The Bunker is right next to the general store, which is a cracking little shop with pretty much everything you’d need (excellent bottle shop in it!).The only issue is that the walls separating the rooms do not go up to the ceiling, meaning there’s not much privacy and anything in the house can be heard. If you’re just a couple staying there, no issues - if you’re a family it’s a good thing to know!! It works for us though and is a comfortable, clean place that only got renovated a few years ago.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation

It’s right next door to the recently renovated shop which is super convenient - and it’s a short walk to the creek/beach. There’s not much backyard and no front yard as it’s attached to the aforementioned shop - so it would be ok for a family with little kids or like us with older kids who didn’t come with us! Whole house has been done up in the past year or so - so everything’s fresh and clean and new. We’re planning on staying in it again with no hesitation.

Great location in Hat Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Freshly renovated house so it’s clean and new with everything you’d want in a holiday house. It’s right next to the main shop in HH which has also been freshly renovated and has most everything you’d need.House hasn’t got a front yard and the back yard is paved and smallish, so it is more suited a family with little kids or a couple by themselves. We had an excellent few days away and will be staying here again.

Lovely bedrooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms & living area. Well presented kitchen & laundry with private outdoor area. Unfortunately we mostly had rain so couldn’t enjoy the fire pit or outdoor space. A couple of shops right next door was very convenient. Ample space to park out the front. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Bunker. Stove was fantastic , I wanted to take it home! We think the addition of a BBQ and an awning would enhance the property so the women weren’t stuck in the kitchen but at least the males cleaned up and loaded the dishwasher after our dinners. Prompt answer by text when trying to hook into the wifi and making sure everything was ok. Totally comfortable for 4 adults but could easily accommodate 8. Linen being provided was a bonus.

Reviewer Comments: I thoroughly enjoyed The Bunker's layout & I loved how it accommodated us all very comfortably, plus it's got everything you need.I appreciated having the linen and towels provided, less to pack when travelling.I appreciated the emergency book & the information provided, but I was a little disappointed with no 'welcoming book' on what's the wifi password, process with the gas bottles (when there's no gas or hot water).I found the clothes line was awkward positioned over the fire pit area which made it a bit difficult when hanging clothes/towels etc....maybe the fireplace can be moved to the courtyard area or move the clothesline.Apart from this, I would recommend The Bunker to all my friends.
