The 2 additional bedrooms are located on the lower level with their own bathroom.

The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer and that ever handy extra toilet.

The property also features a Smart TV and NBN Wifi and parking in the double garage.

Guest Access:
Access to the property is via a lockbox at the property, guests will receive the code via email approx. an hour prior to check-in.

Just minutes down the road Malua Bay has shops with local supermarket, cafes & restaurants and a park for the kids and the newly built Malua Bay Bowling Club.
