The Space:
Enter this freshly re-furbished apartment into an open plan kitchen and living area with oak timber floorboards throughout. The kitchen features white ‘Hampton’ style cabinetry and stone bench tops, a 2-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. A front loader washing machine is housed in a cupboard in the kitchen.
The living area has a comfy 4-seater couch, a wall-mounted flat screen ‘smart’ TV and a 2 person dining setting. Tasteful décor with neutral tones and plantation shutters create a relaxing holiday vibe. Off this living space you’ll find an undercover balcony with seating for 2 and ocean water glimpses.
The roomy bedroom has a queen size bed, a built in wardrobe and plantation shutters. An en suite bathroom features white subway tiling and has a good sized shower recess with glass shower screen.
The apartment comes with its own undercover car space and note it is recommended for small cars.
The Neighborhood:
Manly is a coastal suburb in northern Sydney, notable for its picturesque beauty and world class beaches for surfing and sun-baking. The apartment itself is just a short stroll to the beach as well as nearby cafes and restaurants. Manly Wharf and Ferry terminal, Ruby Lane Organic Grocer, Harris Farm Market and Queenscliff Surf Life Saving club are all less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Getting Around:
If you prefer public transport, there are regular buses just 3 minutes walk away which will take you to Manly Wharf and Ferry Terminal in under 5 minutes. Alternatively, it’s about a 15 minute walk from the apartment to the Ferry Terminal, where you can catch a ferry directly to Circular Quay, a major transport hub with buses and train services to metropolitan Sydney.

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
