Set on 47 acres, this large, incredible and unique modern farmhouse has a strong industrial feel combined with soft furnishings giving it an immense sense of comfort, space and light. The space throughout the house is seriously relaxing and will get you in that chilled holiday mode in no time at all. The house combines practicality and luxury to make your stay truly therapeutic!

With high ceilings and polished concrete floors throughout the upstairs and downstairs, this house is solid and perfect for family gatherings or for families to share. The sleeping arrangements allow for up to 24 guests, and don't worry, there are 5 bathrooms and a powder room!

Views from the upstairs kitchen, dining and living take in the 4000 apple tree orchard, dams and paddocks. The views extend across Westernport Bay to both French and Phillip Islands. The 6-metre bi-fold glass doors open up onto the top balcony which wraps the entire house, not to mention the roof top patio where you can get 360 degree views of farmland and coastline. Rooftop includes area to sunbake (hose connected on roof for cooling down), star gaze and cocktails on a warm night.
Downstairs there is a cosy living area with wall mounted 72inch Smart Tv, 5 bedrooms (includes a bunk room) and 3 large bathrooms, 2 of which have clawfoot free standing bathtubs and a laundry. There is also a mudroom/second kitchen downstairs.
Upstairs there is a very spacious master bedroom and ensuite and 2 other bedrooms.

The enormous air conditioned living area upstairs consists of 2 separate seating areas, an 80inch Smart Tv and glass fronted wood burner fire.
There are also 2 separate dining tables each seating 12 and the large marble and timber island bench in Kitchen also seats

The kitchen is sleek yet simple boasting all modern appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. The butler's pantry is large and has a microwave, 2nd sink, 2 drawer dishwasher and fridge.
There is a portable Sonos speaker with Bluetooth connectivity.
House has WiFi, 2 laundries with washing machines and dryers.
Pets on application - must receive owner's permission - note that the property is not securely fenced for pets and the farm has grazing cows, goats and horses.

Outdoor areas have swing set and children's play equipment, table tennis, fire pit, goats and cows and horses (being agisted and not owner's horses).

Walks around the property are encouraged as they are always a joy.
