This fun-filled home is located in Lake Davenport Estates, a private community with onsite amenities including community pool, sports courts, children's play area, and a fishing lake. The garage turned game room will keep the fun and recreation going all day with ping pong, pop-a-shot basketball, ladder ball toss, smart tv, and twin size futon.

Between all the play and adventure, make use of the spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island with barstool seating for 5. Additional small appliances for your convenience include coffee maker, toaster, blender, and air fryer. Turn dinnertime into an event by gathering at the dining table to relive the day’s memories over a homemade meal.

Outside, your beautiful screened-in pool is a sure highlight of the trip. Poolside chairs, an outdoor dining set, and grill are arranged around the patio. The pool itself has plenty of space to swim and play, plus lush green landscaping surrounds on land. Lakeside Views is designed for all ages to have fun, whether that’s swimming outside, enjoying the indoor game room, or lounging on the home’s cozy couches with a favorite movie playing on the smart tv.

This home sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and futon in the game area.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a magical princess theme with full size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #3 features classic Mickey Mouse decor, smart tv, and bunk beds with a full size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top.

Bedroom #4 will inspire adventure with Marvel themed bedding on 2 twin size beds and smart tv.

Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.
Washer and dryer in unit.
There is an additional fee of $39 for grill use at this location. Please let us know at check-in if you would like this provided.
Pet Policy: This home is pet-friendly! Please note that a pet fee of $29 per night per pet is not included in the total price. The pet fee will be applied after your reservation is complete. Any evidence of a pet brought onto the property without payment of the pet fee will be charged at $65 per night.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
