Spread over three floors, this four bedroom home boasts amazing views from all levels of the home with both indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. The main living zone is light and spacious with high ceilings, polished hardwood floors, and cool coastal colours while wall to wall glass takes full advantage of the stunning views.
Preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen is a delight with quality appliances, sleek design, space for seating, and a servery out to the covered verandah. Step outside and enjoy the magnificent elevated outlook across the gardens and all the way to the ocean. With no neighbours to the rear, the home is very private.
Upstairs there are three gorgeous bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ceiling fan, high ceiling, and bifold windows that open up to the ocean. Both of the bathrooms in the home are spa-like with a luxurious feel.
On the ground level, there is a fantastic multipurpose space with bunk beds and a large living area that flows out onto the front lawn and gardens. The kids will feel as though they have their very own retreat complete with big screen TV!

The home is ideally positioned in an exclusive area only 150m from Wategos Beach, with the iconic café ‘Raes on Wategos’ only a three minute walk away. The centre of Byron Bay is within a five minute drive with restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes, while the Cape Byron Lighthouse is nearby.
You have the best of both worlds as the house itself is in a very quiet street in a family friendly neighbourhood while amazing coffee shops, boutique stores, world class beaches, and scenic walking tracks are all in close proximity.
